It's the wet stuff again!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy de Wet One again!

After yesterdays super sunny day we woke up to rain belting down against the bedroom window.

Well, actually, we woke up around two thirty when I was in need of a wee!

TM got up,let me out and then started fiddling with her samples that were due to be posted off in time for the TV show they are shown on.

I got bored waiting and headed off to my bed to catch up on my sleep!


First I'll have a chew on the Nibble Stick!

I met up with The Lads and then Devo and Zoro, all of them were heading home, soaking wet and walking in the puddles!

OTL didn't take his camera with him 'cos it was raining wet enough to soak the lens and cause damage to the lens and camera.

Back home I got a rub down with with my Doggy Towel and headed off to the office where I decided to have a snooze in the small bed.


The blankets are OK but I reckon it should be hairier !

The lunchtime walk was just as wet but we didn't see any other woofers stupid enough to go walking in the rain!

Mind you, there were some good sniffs in amongst the grass!

Let's see if tomorrow will be better.

    Yo Daisy. It was hissing down here as well when we got up, Chewie wasn't keen on going out in the garden. We put his raincoat on and off we went for a walk when all the mini TL's were on their way to school. Do you know in the last week, Chewie and me have walked 27 miles, we got a marathon badge on his tracker. I don't think we'll be entering the marathon next year though, not if it's going to take us a week to finish. Our lunchtime walk was a bit better, it was drizzle but not like the rain earlier. We've just got back from our last walk of the day, we went early on account of the clouds looking like they want to empty some more rain on us. You do look very snug in your beds. Smashing pictures of you. Glad you met up with Devo and Zorro this morning. Now the council have been round and cut some of the verges round here, much to Chewies disgust because he does like to faceplant in the long grass. Still the sniffs aren't buried so deep now so perhaps we won't have to wait so long for him to come up for air and move on, after he's done a wee on them of course. Chewie is off to the vets tomorrow to get sorted out with his prescription of flea and worm stuff and to discuss his crown jewels. It should be a nice visit, no stabbings only fuss and treats. Well it's paws up time now for us. Take care, stay safe all and paws crossed for a dry day tomorrow. Getting ready for a weekend away!

Hi Woofers Daisy here. There was a gentle breeze blowing this morning and we could see a small yacht sailing between the  trunks of the two trees. If you screw your eyes and put your nose right up to screen you can just see the yacht! Once you got past the trees the whole estuary opens up and you can see the beams of light bouncing off the sea. There wasn't any sign of Devo or Zoro and once again The Lads were too far away for me to hang about waiting for them to catch up. I stopped for a sniff in the woods and OTL took a picture of a squirrel that was swinging through the trees like Tarzan. Trouble is, you can't see the little hairy thing for the trees! Lunchtime was fun, we went out to get some petrol as the care is going to be used by The Missus this weekend. Is this jumper yours and what's this thing with four legs?

Hi Woofers, Daisy here. It was around four fifteen that OTL crawled out of bed for a wee. but he woke me up at the same time. So, around six forty five we found we had both over slept! Now,  late arrival means no Lads or any other signs. of woofers! With a little fiddly diddly OTL managed to make an interesting cloud formation! A bit further along came across a bench with a sweater draped across the back. It has obviously been abandonde by some young Two Legs judging by the drawing on the front! I decided to sniff it but not wee on it, I'm good like that! Back home we had a look for froggies in the pond but there was nothing but Taddly Poles. UNTIL! There, on the path by the side of the pond, out of the pond TM spotted a Tidily Froggyheading for the undergrowth! Grabbing a clean mug from the dish washer, she scooped the Froggie up and rushed up to show OTL. Out comes the camera and quick as a flash he ran off a few snaps before letting it go again. Saturday sunshine.

Hello Woofers, Daisy Dog here again. Well, I was looking forward to a bit of sunshine and a stroll along the sea wall. The Lads Were in front of me and down on the seafront so I hung around on the middle path which was far enough away from thos ball throwing hooligans! It was also interesting to see a ship come steaming up the Medway, looking to get into the docks while the tide was in it's favour..   There seemed to be a few more daisies in the field that there were yesterday but I reckon they will last just as long as the Cowslip flower. Looking across the field you could get a better idea of just how many flowers were growing in the field. I'm not sure what is the next flower to sprout, maybe the Goat's Beard will come into flower. I have noticed a few fungi sprouting and they are a funny thing. they are the third growth. You see we have the mammals which includes woofers, insects fish, in fact anything that breathes or moves.
